What door and frame products do you stock?
A full line of commercial doors, frames, and hardware — most in stock in our Brooklyn warehouse: hollow metal (steel) doors, commercial wood doors, hollow metal frames, and the hardware to complete every opening. (FRP and acoustical/sound-rated (STC) doors available by special order.)
What types of hollow metal frames do you stock?
All the common commercial types — welded and knockdown, plus double egress, Dutch door, double-acting, trimmed-opening, and borrowed-lite. In stock in 12, 14, 16, and 18 gauge — 16 gauge is the most commonly used.
What sizes of hollow metal frames do you stock?
We stock frames from 1-0 x 6-0 up to 8-0 x 10-0 — a size range most suppliers can't match off the shelf.
Do you stock hard-to-find or odd sizes?
Yes — alongside standard sizes, we stock hard-to-find frame and door sizes most distributors have to special-order, so you're not waiting weeks.
What throat sizes do you stock?
We stock over 9 throat sizes covering standard commercial wall thicknesses, plus hard-to-find throats. Call (718) 513-2500 for the size you need.
What hardware brands do you carry?
All the major commercial brands, in stock — Schlage, Von Duprin, LCN, Sargent, Yale, Corbin Russwin, Norton, Falcon, Hager, Best, and more.
Do you carry fire-rated doors and frames?
Yes — 20-minute through 3-hour ratings, in stock, with matching fire-rated hardware.
Do you stock sidelite and transom frames?
Yes — in stock, and we fabricate custom sidelite frames in as little as 48 hours.
Do you carry borrowed-lite frames?
Yes — borrowed-lite frames in stock.
Do you stock vision lites and louvers?
Yes — vision lite kits and louvers for hollow metal doors.
Do you carry access doors and roof hatches?
Yes — access doors, access panels, and roof hatches, in stock.
Depth, Speed & Modifications
If I need 50 welded frames tomorrow, will you have them in stock?
Definitely. We stock welded hollow metal frames in real depth — over 9 throat sizes, in 6-8, 7-0, and 8-0 heights — ready today. Pick them up at our Brooklyn counter, or we'll deliver.
Do you stock doors and frames prepped for concealed closers?
Yes — we keep doors and frames already prepped for concealed door closers in stock. If we don't have your exact size, our Warnock Hersey certified modification shop can prep one, typically ready in 1 to 3 days.
Do you stock doors with vision lites and glass already installed?
Yes — many door sizes with common vision lites and the glass already installed, ready for pickup or delivery. Need a size we don't have on the shelf? Ready in under 24 hours — we keep thousands of lite kits and pieces of glass in stock.
Can you supply a door to match my existing frame?
Yes. If your existing frame is set in place — even in concrete — you don't have to rip it out. We can fabricate a door to match your existing hinge and lock locations, usually in under 24 hours.
What modifications can your shop do?
Our Warnock Hersey certified modification shop preps and modifies doors and frames for special hinge and lock locations, concealed door closers, overhead stops, exit devices, concealed exit devices, electric strikes, and pivots — including matching your existing hardware prep.
I'm in a crunch — can you expedite a modification?
Whenever we possibly can, yes. We bend over backwards for customers in a bind — we've delivered doors with special modifications to jobsites in under 6 hours.

Can I will-call and pick up today?
Absolutely — come to our sales counter in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and drive away with your material immediately.
What's the cutoff for same-day?
Get your order in by 4:45 PM and it goes out the same day.
Do you deliver to my Manhattan jobsite?
Yes — our trucks deliver daily to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Northern New Jersey, plus multiple times a week to anywhere in the tri-state area.
